Southern Eatery: An American Restaurant Franchise Story
What Makes Highrail Franchise Special?
Highrail Southern Eatery sets the trends in modern bar and grill franchise dining with our business model that emphasizes service and community. Servant leadership principles guide our senior franchise team, and our owners benefit from the approach.
Chain restaurants are growing across the country, but not every franchise model is the same. We created our franchise approach with the notion of supporting others and the philosophy that a benefit for one is a benefit for all. We bring that belief to all aspects of our American restaurant franchise.
From owners, to team members, to the executive staff, to every guest who walks through our doors—everyone benefits from support. At Highrail Southern Eatery, we aim to provide a nurturing, supportive atmosphere for all.
Meet Our Founders
Ken and Lisa Sweet have always loved food and the dining experience. Ken and Lisa came to restaurants after careers in aerospace, and they loved the travel and dining opportunities that came with the work. Above all, Ken and Lisa enjoyed the community spirit that comes from gathering in warm, welcoming environments with tasty food and quality drinks.
When the Sweets relocated to a town near Augusta, Georgia, they brought their appreciation of good food and friendship with them. Ken and Lisa developed plans for a American restaurant franchise that brings the best of old-school country dining to a modern, vibrant atmosphere, and the Highrail Southern Eatery concept was born.
Ken and Lisa renovated a turn-of-the-century department store, holding onto the rustic, historic elements, and all the charm, of the original building. Guests appreciated the focus on exceptional service and fresh, quality cuisine.
Today, Ken and Lisa are preparing to bring the Highrail Southern Eatery restaurant and bar franchise approach to cities across the country. But they never forget that people are what make a place special, and they hope to bring their philosophy to an American restaurant franchise for sale near you.
